Brandon Belt Back In Action Against Rockies
3 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt (neck) is back at first base and is hitting second in the batting order on Tuesday night against Colorado Rockies right-hander Antonio Senzatela. Belt was scratched from the lineup each of the last two days due to neck stiffness, but it's looking like he'll return to action on Tuesday. However, this is set to be just his second game since returning from the COVID-19 injured list last Saturday, so fantasy managers may want to temper expectations. The 34-year-old left-handed slugger has been decent to begin the year, hitting .239/.386/.463 with an .848 OPS, four home runs, nine RBI and 12 runs scored in his first 18 games played.
