3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers right-hander Corbin Burnes pitched well in a 2-1 win over the Miami Marlins on Friday. Burnes allowed one run over seven innings while striking out seven and walking none, although he had to settle for a no-decision in the start. He made just one mistake in the ballgame, a solo homer off the bat of Jesus Aguilar in the third inning. Burnes now has a 1-2 record, 1.77 ERA, 0.79 WHIP, and 57 strikeouts over 45 2/3 innings of work on the season. He's lined up to face off against the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday.--Matt T - RotoBaller
