3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom (shoulder) is scheduled for another MRI exam on Monday, his third since late March. deGrom has been throwing off flat ground, so if his MRI results are good, he could start ramping up his throwing program soon. The 33-year-old two-time Cy Young winner is working his way back from a stress reaction on his right scapula, but he's still not expected to return until around the All-Star break in the middle of July. We'll have a better idea of how his recovery is going when the MRI results are released, but fantasy managers will need to continue practicing patience before deGrom is able to make his 2022 season debut.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
