3 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers placed relief pitcher Tommy Kahnle (forearm) on the injured list on Tuesday with right forearm inflammation. Pitchers Mitch White and Justin Bruihl will rejoin the team, while Caleb Ferguson was optioned to the minors in a corresponding move. The Dodgers also moved reliever Blake Treinen to the 60-day injured list. Kahnle opened the season on the injured list while recovering from Tommy John surgery that he had in August of 2020, so another right forearm injury is very concerning. The hard-throwing right-hander tossed only four relief innings and allowed three earned runs while walking two and striking out five before his latest injury.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
