3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals infielder Edmundo Sosa (ankle) was removed from Wednesday's game against the New York Mets with a left ankle strain. He suffered the injury while attempting to steal second base during the fifth inning. The 26-year-old went 1-for-2 before leaving. He was replaced in the game by Tommy Edman. He is considered day-to-day and will undergo further evaluation on his ankle. This season, Sosa hasn't been much of a factor in fantasy, slashing .220/.273/.363 with an RBI over 16 games.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
