3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dylan Carlson (hamstring) exited Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates with hamstring tightness. He left the contest early after a flyball out in the top of the third inning. The 23-year-old went 1-for-2 before leaving. The severity of Carlson's injury is unknown, and he is day-to-day. Nolan Gorman replaced him in the game while Tommy Edman shifted from second base to centerfield. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor the situation as more information will be announced after the game. Stay tuned.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
