3 years agoThe St. Louis Cardinals promoted right-handers Michael McGreevy and Gordon Graceffo and shortstop Masyn Winn from High-A Peoria to Double-A Springfield on Tuesday. McGreevy, the team's No. 8 prospect per MLB Pipeline, had allowed only 13 earned runs while walking four and striking out 41 in 45 1/3 innings over his eight starts for Peoria. Wynn, the team's No. 5 prospect, was hitting a cool .349/.404/.566 with a .970 OPS, one home run, seven triples, 11 doubles, 15 RBI and 15 stolen bases in 33 games played. Graceffo, the club's No. 22 prospect, had a microscopic 0.99 ERA, 0.68 WHIP, four walks and 56 K's in 45 2/3 innings over his eight starts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
