Terry McLaurin Absent From OTAs
3 years agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin hasn't been attending the team's offseason workouts, but head coach Ron Rivera thinks it's "just a matter of time" before he's back with the team. The two sides could work out a long-term contract extension soon. The 26-year-old is going into the fourth and final year of his rookie deal and will get paid handsomely when all is said and done. He nearly had 1,000 yards receiving in his rookie season in 2019 before posting back-to-back 1,000-yard campaigns the last two years while dealing with shoddy quarterback play. That'll probably continue with Carson Wentz now in town, but McLaurin has proven that he can overcome that and still produce for his fantasy managers as Washington's unquestioned No. 1 pass-catcher.
