3 years agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel (hamstring) called it "refreshing" to be back at offseason workouts after an injury-plagued 2021 season. Samuel said, "I feel good. I feel fast." Head coach Ron Rivera said that the 25-year-old pass-catcher looked good during workouts last month as well. He was a complete bust in his first year in D.C. in 2021 after signing a three-year, $34.5 million deal, as he played in just five games due to hamstring and groin injuries and finished with six catches for 27 scoreless yards. Samuel could be a bounce-back candidate with better health in 2022, but the presence of rookie Jahan Dotson could complicate things, as well as subpar quarterback Carson Wentz.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
