Treylon Burks' Conditioning Being Questioned?
2 years agoTennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Treylon Burks has been drawing attention for struggling to stay on the field during offseason workouts. The No. 18 overall pick, Burks has appeared to have trouble breathing or needing breaks on multiple occasions. His first day at rookie minicamp was most notable, participating only sparingly after leaving the field and using an inhaler. He was present for subsequent practice sessions but did not participate as much as the other wide receivers. The series of limited practices have raised some speculation about his conditioning. It is not likely to be an ongoing area of concern, but something to keep an eye on to see if it carries into training camp. The 22-year-old Burks was the last of six wide receivers taken on Day 1 of the NFL Draft but could have the greatest opportunity to make an immediate impact for fantasy managers.
