3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Juan Yepez is not in the starting lineup on Saturday against the Milwaukee Brewers. Yepez was in the Cardinals starting lineup in each of their last nine games, and he hit .200 with two home runs, four RBI, seven runs scored and nine strikeouts in that span. The 24-year-old rookie has been a solid pickup off the waiver wire in deeper leagues with a .275/.337/.463 slash line, four home runs, eight RBI and 14 runs scored in his first 21 major league games. He'll likely lose playing time when Tyler O'Neill and Dylan Carlson return from their injuries, but for now, he's a useful asset in fantasy when he's in the lineup. Lars Nootbaar is getting a start in right field and is hitting sixth on Saturday against Brewers right-hander Adrian Houser.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
