2 years agoTexas Rangers pitcher Joe Barlow tossed a scoreless inning to earn the save during Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Tampa Bay Rays. He entered the ninth inning to protect a 3-0 lead. The 26-year-old retired the side on nine pitches to earn his ninth save of the season. Barlow is 9-for-9 in save chances with a 1.59 ERA, 0.94 WHIP, and 17 strikeouts over 17 innings in 2022.
