2 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Franchy Cordero is starting in right field and is hitting leadoff for the first time this year on Wednesday against Cincinnati Reds right-hander Hunter Greene. Cordero has gone 11-for-38 (.290) with two home runs and nine RBI in the last 14 days, and he's earned a look a top Boston's batting order. His slash line on the year is up to .260/.322/.442 with two homers, 12 RBI and 16 runs scored in 87 plate appearances. The 27-year-old Dominican has a tough matchup with the flame-throwing Greene on tap on Wednesday, but his fantasy stock is certainly rising, and he's in the midst of a six-game stretch that has seen him go 6-for-18 with a homer, two doubles and three RBI.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
