2 years agoToronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Hyun Jin Ryu (forearm) is undergoing an MRI exam on Thursday after leaving his start early on Wednesday against the Chicago White Sox with left forearm tightness. Ryu could go on the injured list, and if that's the case, Ross Stripling is expected to take his rotation spot. The 35-year-old left-hander already missed almost a month this season with forearm inflammation, so this could be problematic for Ryu. Fantasy managers should probably expect him to miss at least one start. In his six starts so far in 2022, Ryu has allowed 16 earned runs on 31 hits while striking out 16 and walking flour in 27 innings pitched.
