Jerry Jeudy Injures Groin Monday
2 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (groin) walked off the field and looked upset at organized team activities on Monday with a groin injury. Head coach Nathaniel Hackett said Jeudy felt a little tweak in his groin, and the Broncos pulled him from practice as a precaution. The 23-year-old former first-rounder was limited to 10 games in his second NFL season due to injuries, so the Broncos won't take any chances with a month to go until training camp begins. It remains to be seen if Jeudy will be able to take part in next week's mandatory minicamp. Jeudy finished with a disappointing 38 catches for 467 yards and no touchdowns in 2021, but he could be headed for a third-year breakout in 2022 if he can stay healthy now that Russell Wilson is his quarterback.
