Brandon Crawford Remains Out Of Lineup
2 years agoSan Francisco Giants shortstop Brandon Crawford (quadriceps) remains out of the starting lineup on Thursday against the Colorado Rockies. Crawford was scratched from the lineup on Wednesday with right quadriceps tightness but came in as a pinch-hitter and went 0-for-1. The fact that he was available off the bench means that his injury isn't all that serious. The 35-year-old veteran isn't doing much with the bat for fantasy managers this year, as he's hitting just .219/.305/.360 with five home runs, 24 RBI, 24 runs scored and a stolen base in 200 plate appearances and 50 games. Donovan Walton is at the 6 and is batting ninth, while Thairo Estrada is at the keystone and is hitting seventh on Thursday against Rockies left-hander Austin Gomber.
