2 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas (ankle) is "doubtful" to be ready to participate in mandatory minicamp next week, according to head coach Dennis Allen. Thomas has been at the team's facilities this offseason, but he hasn't been able to practice at all and hasn't played since 2020 after needing another surgery on his troublesome ankle. The 29-year-old pass-catcher was an All-Pro in 2018 and 2019 when he led the league in receptions both years, and he had a league-high 1,725 yards and 107.8 yards per game in 2019. But he's a pretty big risk as a WR3 in fantasy this year, and there's a good chance he won't be ready for training camp next month. When healthy, Thomas will be competing for targets with rookie first-rounder Chris Olave and newcomer Jarvis Landry.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
