2 years agoNew York Yankees pitcher Domingo German (shoulder) threw three innings on Thursday in a simulated game, and his next start will be a rehab start to get built up. He has yet to pitch this season but is close to beginning a minor-league rehab assignment. The 29-year-old owned a 4.58 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, and a 98:28 K: BB across 98 1/3 innings in 2021. German is weeks away from returning, and it's unclear if he will join the Yankees rotation once returning to action.
