2 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Robbie Grossman (knee) is not in the starting lineup on Saturday against the Toronto Blue Jays. Grossman, who recently returned from the injured list, left the game early on Friday after fouling a ball off his knee. Luckily, X-rays came back negative, but he'll miss at least one game as a result. The 32-year-old veteran switch-hitter just hasn't gotten into a groove this year, as he's slashing .201/.312/.243 and is still searching for his first long ball in 144 at-bats. Grossman has added 10 RBI, 13 runs scored and two stolen bases. With Grossman out Saturday, Victor Reyes is in center field and is hitting leadoff against Jays right-hander Kevin Gausman. Reyes is also searching for his first homer of the year, but he's hitting .292 in 24 at-bats for Detroit.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
