Robby Anderson Deletes Retirement Tweet
2 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Robby Anderson may retire. The wideout recently tweeted, "Ain't gone lie thinking bout retiring," although the social media post has since been deleted. The 29-year-old racked up 95 catches for 1,096 yards and three touchdowns during his first year in Carolina in 2020. He did have two more touchdowns in 2021. However, his overall production fizzled by amassing only 53 receptions for 519 yards. Anderson recently changed his $11.675 million salary into a signing bonus, which would need to be refunded if he calls it quits. As a result, he'll likely be on the field come September. But with instability at the quarterback position, Anderson's fantasy outlook isn't promising despite showing promise throughout his career.
