The 26-year-old made his debut in the Majors earlier this season and has logged seven starts for Detroit. In those seven outings, he's pitched to a 2.92 ERA and a 3.92 FIP while striking out 28 batters and allowing just 11 walks. In his most recent start, the former first-round pick struck out seven over five innings against the Pittsburgh Pirates, surrendering just three hits, an earned run, a home run, and a walk.
