2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard signed his restricted free-agent tender on Monday, according to a source. Lazard will make $3.986 million in 2022. The 26-year-old had a career-high 40 receptions on 60 targets for 513 yards and eight touchdowns for the Packers in 15 games (13 starts), but more will be expected of him this year with Davante Adams now in Las Vegas and Marquez Valdes-Scantling in Kansas City. On paper, Lazard looks like quarterback Aaron Rodgers' top target, but veteran Randall Cobb remains on the team and rookie Christian Watson could have a big role at some point.
