2 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Tyrie Cleveland (ankle) went down in scary fashion at practice on Monday, but he just suffered a sprained ankle, according to a source. His Achilles is intact and he didn't break anything, so he avoided a serious injury. Cleveland was carted off the field after getting injured on the final play of practice. The seventh-round pick in 2020 will have to miss some time, but he could be fully ready for training camp next month. The 24-year-old from Florida has just six receptions on 10 targets for 63 yards in 17 games (no starts) in his first two seasons in the NFL and remains buried on the Broncos crowded receiver depth chart heading into his third season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
