2 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Sonny Gray (pectoral) will come off the injured list and start on Wednesday against the Seattle Mariners. Gray went on the injured list on June 2 with a right pectoral strain and didn't go on a minor league rehab assignment, so he could be a bit limited in his first start back. The 32-year-old threw a 30-pitch simulated game last Friday. Gray has been outstanding this year for fantasy managers, going 3-1 with a 2.41 ERA, 0.98 WHIP, 39 strikeouts and 10 walks in 33 2/3 innings over his seven starts so far in 2022. The Twins rotation is getting both Gray and Joe Ryan, who was on the COVID injured list, back this week.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
