Braxton Jones Getting Work With First Team
2 years agoChicago Bears rookie offensive tackle Braxton Jones was getting work as the first-team left tackle during the team's mandatory minicamp practice on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Larry Borom was starting at right tackle with the first team. Jones was taken in the fifth round of this year's draft out of Southern Utah, and he was a two-time first-team All-Big Sky selection at tackle. The fact that the 23-year-old is working with the starting offensive line in minicamp isn't a good sign for the Bears offense early on.
