2 years agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Luis Castillo is enjoying a productive start to the 2022 season. Castillo has made seven starts for the Reds so far, pitching to a 3.23 ERA and a 3.32 FIP in 39 innings. He's also struck out 37 batters during that span while surrendering just 13 walks and three home runs. Most recently, the veteran allowed six hits, two runs, one earned run, and a walk in six innings against the St. Louis Cardinals. He also struck out three batters in that outing.
