2 years agoCleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson has settled 20 of 24 cases against him with women alleging that he committed sexual misconduct during massages, according to lawyer Tony Buzbee, who represents the women. Terms of the settlements remain confidential, but this is a significant development in Watson's off-the-field legal issues as the NFL nears their decision on his potential discipline for the upcoming 2022 season. While the settlements could be good news for Watson being on the field this year, it doesn't mean the league won't hand him some form of suspension to begin the season after he sat out all of last year with the Houston Texans.
