Riley Greene Hitting Second Against Red Sox
2 years agoDetroit Tigers outfield prospect Riley Greene is starting in center field and is hitting in the two-hole on Wednesday against Boston Red Sox right-hander Michael Wacha. Greene got a late start in 2022 after fracturing his ankle late in spring training, but he made his MLB debut last Saturday and has gone 5-for-12 (.417) with three runs scored in his first four major league games. With the hot start, he's already earned a move up the batting order, and the two-hole is obviously much more attractive from a fantasy standpoint for the 21-year-old. Before his call-up, Greene was the No. 2 overall prospect in all of baseball, per MLB Pipeline, and he should be rostered in all fantasy formats at this point.
