3 years agoAfter a shaky start to begin June, Los Angeles Angels closer Raisel Iglesias is starting to find more consistency over the last week. In the last week, Iglesias has thrown three innings without allowing a baserunner while striking out five batters. More encouragingly for their weekend series with the Mariners, Iglesias has thrown 16 innings at home this season while allowing just two earned runs with eight hits allowed and 23 strikeouts. If Ty France isn't available this weekend, the Mariners lineup becomes very shaky, giving Iglesias a very good chance to continue being effective like he has been recently.--JasonHirsch
