Ke'Bryan Hayes Not In Friday's Lineup
2 years agoPittsburgh Pirates third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes (shoulder) is not in the starting lineup on Friday against the Tampa Bay Rays. Hayes injured his shoulder during a slide into home plate on Thursday, but the injury isn't believed to be serious, and fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now. There's a chance that he's available off Pittsburgh's bench against Tampa. With Hayes out Friday, Hoy Park will start at third base and bat ninth against Rays left-hander Jeffrey Springs. The left-handed-hitting Park should be avoided in DFS against a southpaw, and he's gone just 6-for-31 (.194) with a home run and five RBI in his first 14 games with the Bucs in 2022.
