2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers second baseman Kolten Wong (calf) will start a rehab assignment this weekend. Wong has been out since early June with a calf injury and will need a rehab assignment before he can return. Originally, Wong planned on returning last weekend, but a setback has held him back longer than expected. The 31-year-old has middling power and speed potential, with five homers and eight steals already to his name. Outside of that, he isn't likely to help much, but he can still be a contributor in deeper leagues where home runs and steals are needed. He shouldn't need longer than a few games to gear up.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
