2 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. (foot) remains out of the starting lineup on Tuesday against the division-rival Philadelphia Phillies. Acuna fouled a ball off his left foot on Saturday and hasn't played since, and Monday's off day wasn't enough to get him past the injury. The 24-year-old superstar just can't seem to get past injuries in 2022, and his latest foot ailment could put him on the injured list. Acuna doesn't have a fracture in his foot, but he's using a medical scooter to get around at the moment. If you have him rostered, plan for the worst. With Acuna out again on Tuesday, Mike Ford enters the lineup as the designated hitter and is batting sixth against Phillies right-hander Zack Wheeler. Ford has already been with three teams this year and has gone 6-for-33 (.182) with no home runs and five RBI in 18 games played with the Braves, Giants and Mariners.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
