2 years agoToronto Blue Jays third baseman Matt Chapman went 0-for-4 on Saturday with two strikeouts in the 6-2 loss against the Tampa Bay Rays. He's been in a slump as of late, slashing .174/.208/.348 over his last seven games. On the season, Chapman's batting just .220 with 11 HRs, 35 RBI, 40 runs, and no stolen bases across 73 games. It's the third season in a row that the 29-year-old has produced a sub-.240 batting average. Fantasy managers need a little more than above-average power from Chapman, so they can keep him on the bench in shallow leagues until he provides more.--Spencer Seguin - RotoBaller
