Sonny Gray Walks Three Saturday
2 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Sonny Gray finished five innings of work in Saturday's 4-3 victory over the Baltimore Orioles. However, he didn't earn the win after allowing three runs on six hits and three walks. Gray's only bright spot was the five strikeouts he recorded. The 32-year-old's having a successful first campaign in Minnesota, posting a 2.47 ERA and 1.04 WHIP with 54 strikeouts and four wins over 54.2 IP. Fantasy managers should be happy with his bounce-back numbers thus far, but hopefully, Gray can get back to the 28.5% strikeout rate he owned from 2019-2021.
