2 years agoThe Milwaukee Brewers placed outfielder Tyrone Taylor (concussion) on the seven-day concussion injured list on Sunday and reinstated catcher Pedro Severino from the restricted list in a corresponding move. Taylor's injured list move is retroactive to July 2. Hunter Renfroe (calf) is also on the injured list, so Jace Peterson and Jonathan Davis should both see more playing time in Milwaukee's outfield for at least the next week with Taylor sidelined. The 28-year-old has hit .228/.277/.423 with nine home runs, 32 RBI, 23 runs scored and a stolen base in 231 plate appearances over 62 games played, and he had gone just 3-for-16 (.188) with no homers, no RBI and six strikeouts in five games over the last week of play.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
