2 years agoTampa Bay Rays left-hander Jeffrey Springs will rejoin the team and start on Tuesday against the Boston Red Sox. Springs stayed home to deal with a family medical matter this weekend after he was scratched from his last scheduled start on Thursday against the Toronto Blue Jays. The 29-year-old southpaw was tuned up in his last outing when he gave up three home runs, but overall he's been excellent for fantasy managers this year with a 2.25 ERA, 1.00 WHIP, 65 strikeouts and 13 walks in 60 innings over 18 appearances (10 starts) for the Rays. Fantasy managers will want to make sure to get him back into their starting lineups when he toes the rubber again on Tuesday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
