2 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Robbie Grossman is not in the starting lineup on Sunday against the Kansas City Royals. Grossman will miss his second straight game. The 32-year-old veteran has really struggled in 2022, hitting just .212/.315/.286 with two home runs, 18 RBI, 19 runs scored and two stolen bases in 238 plate appearances and 60 games, but he's been slightly better over the last two weeks, going 9-for-37 (.243) with a home run and six RBI in his last 10 games. Victor Reyes is starting in left field for the Tigers and is batting second on Sunday against Royals right-hander Brady Singer. Reyes is hitting a strong .304 on the season, but he has just one home run and six RBI in 25 games played for the Tigers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
