2 years agoNow a perfect 3-for-3 in his head-to-head matchups with Max Holloway, Alexander Volkanovski earned a dominant unanimous-decision victory over Holloway in the co-main event of UFC 276 on Saturday. All three judges awarded Volk the victory with a score of 50-45. In 25 minutes of action, Volk tallied 199 significant strikes (204 total strikes) while stuffing all three of Holloway's takedown tries on the night. With the way Volkanovski has run through the division, it's likely we see him take that next step up to lightweight for a new challenge. If so, let's see how he's matched up. If his next contest is a title defense, we can probably roster Volk with a good chance of a knockout win or dominant decision win.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
