2 years agoMiami Marlins second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. (back) is in Jupiter, Fla., doing mobility exercises, and like Jorge Soler, he received an injection. Chisholm returned to the starting lineup on June 28 for the first time since June 25 before he was replaced in the second inning. The pain was "really up there" for Chisholm. "At the end of this thing, it's going to be two weeks before he's done anything," manager Don Mattingly said. "Trying to be conservative, you want to make sure he's healthy for the long haul." The 24-year-old is unlikely to return when eligible this Saturday, and he might not even be back before the All-Star break. With Chisholm out, Jon Berti, who leads baseball in stolen bases, should continue starting at the keystone. Chisholm needs to be stashed everywhere.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
