Kyle Tucker Sitting Against Lefty
2 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker will take a seat on Thursday against Kansas City Royals left-hander Kris Bubic. It's a normal day of rest for Tucker against a southpaw, and it will be his first day off since June 1. Fantasy managers need to make sure to remove him from their daily lineups. Tucker got off to a slow start this year but has rebounded nicely and is hitting .262/.352/.487 overall with an .839 OPS, 16 home runs, 12 doubles, 57 RBI, 37 runs scored and 14 stolen bases in 307 plate appearances and 76 games. Chas McCormick is getting the start in right field on Thursday and is batting eighth against Bubic. McCormick does have eight home runs on the season, but he's also hitting only .229 in 170 at-bats, and he'll be a low-upside DFS option at the bottom of Houston's batting order.
