Lamar Jackson Not Thinking About Holding Out
2 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson appears more open than ever to finally come to terms on a new contract. Both sides have pointed fingers throughout the offseason as to why a deal hasn't been completed. Yet, with training camp approaching, Jackson indicated he's not thinking about holding out, regardless if an agreement has been reached by then. The 2019 MVP is entering the option year of his rookie deal and is slated to receive $23 million. Unquestionably, the 25-year-old is the face of the franchise, so the Ravens would love to have him on the roster for many seasons to come. However, whether or not Jackson puts pen to paper has yet to be seen. But unless something changes, fantasy managers can draft Jackson without worrying about him missing time over the dispute.
