2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo could still be on the move before the season begins. The Seattle Seahawks have reportedly discussed the possibility of trading for the veteran signal caller. At this point, the Seahawks might be out of options with Baker Mayfield getting traded to the Carolina Panthers. Now, the Seahawks are stuck with Drew Lock and Geno Smith, assuming they don't acquire another quarterback. It would be a little odd to see the 49ers trade Garoppolo to a team within their own division. Although, it could be possible, assuming the two sides can agree on a way to split up the salary. The addition of Garoppolo would boost the fantasy value of Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
