Shane Bieber Throws Complete Game
2 years agoCleveland Guardians starting pitcher Shane Bieber was dominant on Tuesday, throwing a complete game against the Chicago White Sox in the first game of a doubleheader. Bieber allowed one run on three hits and no walks and racked up seven strikeouts. This represents a bounce-back for Bieber, who allowed five runs in his last outing after a streak of four consecutive quality starts. He now has a 3.24 ERA and 1.13 WHIP with 106 strikeouts in 105 2/3 innings across 17 starts this season. This outing will go a long way to silence the doubts that have crept in for many fantasy managers.
