2 years agoCincinnati Reds relief pitcher Alexis Diaz picked up his third save of the season in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Yankees. Diaz entered to pitch the bottom of the ninth with a one-run lead. He struck out Aaron Judge, walked DJ LeMahieu, then induced a groundball double play to end the game. The 25-year-old has pitched well this season and has been in the mix for high-leverage situations, compiling a 2-0 record with three saves, eight holds, and a 2.18 ERA over 33 innings pitched. Rostered in just nine percent of leagues, Diaz is worth keeping an eye on in deeper roto leagues at this time.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
