Nick Senzel Back In Action Against Yankees
2 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Senzel (back) is back in the starting lineup on Thursday against left-hander Nestor Cortes and the New York Yankees. Senzel is starting in center field and is hitting eighth in the batting order. The 27-year-old was scratched from the lineup on Wednesday with mid-back stiffness, but it obviously wasn't too serious. On the year, he's hitting a modest .257/.313/.330 with three home runs, 18 RBI, 27 runs scored and five stolen bases in 231 plate appearances over 61 games, but he's been hot in the last 28 days, hitting .343 (25-for-73) with two home runs, 10 RBI, 11 runs scored and three stolen bases in 24 games. Senzel isn't a bad DFS sleeper, but the upside won't be very high in the eight-hole.
