2 years agoCleveland Guardians relief pitcher Trevor Stephan was called upon to shut the door against the Detroit Tigers on Friday. The right-hander was impressive and worked a perfect ninth inning to protect a one-run lead. The 26-year-old holds a terrific 2.80 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 39/9 K/BB ratio over 35 1/3 innings. Despite that, it's unlikely he'll get a ton of save chances going forward. Fantasy managers can ignore Stephan until he gets consistent opportunities in the ninth inning.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
