2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers relief pitcher Devin Williams has been added to the National League All-Star roster, replacing Atlanta Braves left-hander Max Fried. Although Josh Hader is the Brewers closer, Williams is plenty valuable to fantasy managers with his 2-0 record, 1.77 ERA, 1.04 WHIP, 59 strikeouts and 19 walks in 35 2/3 innings pitched. The 27-year-old right-hander also has six saves, and he could see some more save chances for Milwaukee if Hader continues to struggle as the primary closer. Williams is as dominant as they come in a late-inning reliever. He hasn't allowed a run since May 10, a stretch of 24 2/3 innings in which he's fanned 40 and walked just eight.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
