2 years agoCincinnati Reds starter Nick Lodolo had a hard time on the mound during Saturday's 11-3 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals. He lasted just two innings after throwing 67 pitches and allowing five runs on three walks, five hits, and three hit-by-pitches. The only positive was Lodolo's five strikeouts. Across six starts this season, the rookie owns a 5.81 ERA, 1.78 WHIP, 29 K%, 9.2 BB%, and 2-3 record. Fantasy managers love the strikeout numbers, but until he curbs the walks and improves his 1.71 HR/9, he won't be a rosterable player in every format.--Spencer Seguin - RotoBaller
