Truex is also one of the drivers that will be talked about until the playoffs start, because Truex currently holds the last playoff spot. If another driver gets their first win of the season, Truex will be knocked out of the playoffs, so Truex must drive well until the regular season ends. With stats of zero wins, three top-fives and eight top-10 finishes, it puts him in 16th place in the standings. Truex will be looking to get his first win of the season and clinch his playoff spot.
