2 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Trent Grisham (back) was held out of Sunday night's lineup against the New York Mets due to lingering back stiffness after his collision with Mets right-hander Chris Bassitt on Saturday. Manager Bob Melvin said that Grisham was available off the bench on Sunday, but he didn't get into the game. Esteury Ruiz received the start in center field with Grisham on the bench in the series finale in New York. Grisham does have 10 home runs on the season, but he's hitting a very disappointing .190/.290/.337 with 34 RBI, 37 runs scored and four stolen bases in 352 plate appearances and 93 games to this point. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
